This past week, we installed a brand-new make-up air unit from Captive Aire at our longtime customer in Miami Lakes, Florida. This cutting-edge unit boasts an impressive 7,770 CFM capacity, making it an ideal solution for our ventilation needs. What’s more, it’s equipped with a powerful 5HP direct drive supply motor, which ensures optimal airflow efficiency.

The installation process was quite involved, requiring the expertise of three skilled technicians who worked tirelessly for six hours to get the unit up and running. We also had to utilize a crane to safely and securely install the unit, which was a sight to behold.

Overall, we’re thrilled to have this new make-up air unit in place, and we’re confident that it will make a significant difference in maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for everyone in the restaurant.
